Race the Dragon is the exclusive UK member of the International Corporate Dragon Boat Association (ICDBA), our senior multi-disciplined water sports instructors have a combined experience of 200 + years in dragon boating, Since 2008 we have delivered thousands of dragon boat festivals, and events, race days and activity session to hundreds of thousands of people the majority of which have never experienced the activity of dragon boating previously. Since Race the Dragon’s inception we have been at the forefront of development in dragon boat racing, festival management and water safety systems, We are proud to be the heart of soul of dragon boating in the UK, and we operate the UK’s largest match fleet of Champion dragon boats both the 1222 International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) International racing standard and the 912 festival dragon boat. Our devotion, professionalism and achievements have been internationally acknowledged and recognised.
We provide dragon boat training courses for paddlers, coaches, instructors and helms. Delivering dragon boat training courses nationwide for members of the public, water sports centres, paddle sports clubs, sailing clubs, scout & guide activity centres, outdoor activity centres, Breast Cancer Survivors (BCS) and All Cancer Survivors (ACS) community groups, Schools, Colleges, Universities and the Armed Forces.
